Refund policy

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period and return the product within a reasonable time.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging, in the same condition as when you received it. Once we have received and inspected the return, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it has been received by us.

Please note that products that have been opened, used, or otherwise diminished in value may not qualify for a full refund.
